The Giacosa–Ferraiuolo Collection brings together more than 1500 works by artists from Art Brut and contemporary art. It includes paintings, drawings, sculptures, textiles, photographs and books from around the world.
Developed over more than twenty years of research, it does not seek to be an encyclopaedic survey, but rather a living constellation of singular artistic voices, continually expanding through encounters, travels and collaborations.The Collection unfolds around five thematic and existential strands — the double and otherness; writing and drawing; the body and memory; home and intimacy; dreams and visions — which intertwine and resonate with one another, creating paths and connections between artworks, artists and different forms of artistic creation.
